Live and Love Well

Through Tailored Support, Seasoned Guidance and Practical Tools

Specializing in Couples Intensives, ADHD-Relationship Dynamics, and Individual Empowerment

I hold space for the full range of gender identities and sexual orientations.

You’re ready for things to change, but you’re not sure if they can.

Maybe you’re someone who….

  • has tried everything and is feeling like it’s hard to hold hope.  You know you can’t do it alone, but aren’t sure who – or what –  will help.

  • is used to doing things on your own and it feels weird and scary to trust a new person.

  • puts everyone else’s needs before your own, so reaching out for help to make a path towards your own goals and dreams feels really overdue.

  • needs support from someone who makes a safe space where you don’t have to explain your identity or pronouns, and you can just get started with the real work.

Maybe you are in a relationship and…

  • you have the same fight over and over and don’t get anywhere new. You need new tools and ways of looking at things.

  • you have tried couples therapy before (or lots of times before), and it feels hard to start again.

  • you manage everything for your partner and you’re afraid if you don’t things will go wrong… again.

  • you feel like you don’t want to risk trying because your partner will just be mad or disappointed.

  • things can’t continue on like this, but you don’t want things to end. You and your partner are hoping for real, lasting help.

It’s doesn’t have to be like this forever!

Hi, I’m Rachel

If any of these feels familiar, I’m here to help you find clarity, guide you to more constructive relationship habits and to help you to find levers for meaningful change and forward movement.

Over Two Decades of Experience

With a Masters of Social Work and a BA in Psychology and Neuroscience, I focus on evidence-based therapy that centers attachment, your strengths, and your emotional and physical experience as the grounding forces for change.

State-Dependent Work

The thing is, we don’t just talk about feelings, we feel them. People learn best when they can practice new skills from an authentic emotional state, and have multiple opportunities to practice. You’ll have the best chance to create new ways of handling old issues when we work experientially in session

Evidence-Based Practices

I only lean on approaches backed by research and stay up-to-date on emerging modalities backed by evidence so I can best help you improve your well-being and your relationships.

I support adults, often in their mid-life or facing a large life transition, who find themselves at a standstill in their personal journey or romantic relationship.

My approach provides practical tools and strengthens your sense of self, capabilities, and self-empowerment so you can move forward. Together, we'll work on getting you – or your relationship – unstuck by building your self-awareness and confidence, so you can navigate life's challenges with greater clarity, resilience, self-advocacy, and joy.

If you're ready to break old patterns and embark on a journey of growth and transformation, I'm here to help you through every challenge and triumph.

  • Couples intensives are a powerful way to see what’s possible in your relationship in a short amount of time. We can go where weekly sessions can’t, making your time with me more effective and efficient so you see possibility and change more quickly.  I use proven methods and tailor the time specifically for each couple.

  • "I'm really glad we did this - it was a little scary but really worthwhile."

  • "I was skeptical about all the time - but it goes by really fast. I'm glad we didn't spread it out over months or years - we got so much done."

  • "This was great. I'm so impressed with how skilled you are. This felt totally different than the other couples work we have done."

  • "I'm so glad we did the intensive with you - it was totally worth it; highly productive."
