You can keep everything going, but it is a heavy load. You know something major needs to change – it’s been brewing inside of you for a while – but you’re not quite sure what it is, where to start, or how to do it… or if everything will be okay if you go through with it.

My clients are exceptionally resourceful, thoughtful, and hard working, but therapy is not the place to be our most perfect and filtered selves. I invite you to show up with all your messiest mess. Wherever you are in your journey is okay.

We all get stuck in cyclical habits, feelings, and defenses which leave us stressed, anxious, depressed, or just not our best selves in the world. The places you get stuck in aren’t coincidental – I can help you figure out why you get hung up there, and what to do about it. 

Wherever you are, that’s where we’ll start – and we’ll use that data to get to work. At the risk of sounding too therapist – the most stuck places are also the ones with the most fertile ground for movement – they supply our breadcrumb trail to finding your path to more satisfaction in your life and relationships. 

We will know we’re on the right path when you’re feeling relief overall, more grounded and brave in your life, more skillful in difficult moments in your relationships and experiencing  more clarity and less anxiety.
